Karakai Jouzu no Takagi-san Review

Anime Review: Karakai Jouzu no Takagi-san

As in every season, there’s a lot of anime series that will soon be left in oblivion, and some that are fairly well. There’s also a chance to have an epic series that keeps everyone talking about it.
But, in some part of the middle there are anime series that are cute, interesting and enjoyable and deserve a little coverage.

Today we have this anime called “Karakai Jouzu no Takagi-san”, a story about a boy called Nishikata, who is always being bullied by a girl that sits right next to him in class, called Takagi. So he decides to “take revenge”.

She even insinuates Nishikata just to annoy him, but he doesn’t trust her a bit.

And so the series develop, showing the day to day struggle of Nishikata, in some kind of slice of life.

Capture of the manga, showing Takagi making Nishikata feel uncomfortable

I was thinking that this was just another normal series soon to be forgotten but then I searched some information of it and I’ve found this:

As the series continues, they fond each other and start dating, to the point they marry and even have a daughter (!!!) So I started wondering, how the hell that happened, considering how bad she treated him in the past.

The funny thing is, mother and daughter share the same hobby, annoying Nishikata.

And since we are in spoilers zone, the story continues with their daughter, who in some way, repeats the parents story, as she founds herself in the same situation with a boy who annoys her in class.
